Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ScheDjin (schedjin.com), operated by Artem Dzhinenko, individual entrepreneur (FOP), Ukraine ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using ScheDjin, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

ScheDjin is a SaaS platform that helps service businesses manage online appointment booking, client records, and team scheduling. Features vary by subscription plan.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per business owner; team members ("masters") may be invited separately.

3. Free Plan & Trial Period

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial, accounts revert to the free plan, which is limited to:

• 1 master (the account owner only)
• 30 appointments per calendar month
• Visibility of the current month only

Existing data is never deleted — it is hidden until a Pro subscription is active.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

The Pro plan is billed monthly at €5 per month. Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal — access continues until the end of the paid period.

If a payment fails, Paddle will retry automatically. After all retries are exhausted, the subscription is cancelled and the account reverts to the free plan. Your data is retained and becomes fully accessible again upon resubscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ScheDjin for illegal purposes or to store unlawful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems
• Resell or redistribute access to ScheDjin
• Send spam or unsolicited communications to clients via our platform
• Upload malware or otherwise interfere with the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

ScheDjin and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data (client records, appointments, company information) remains yours. By using ScheDjin, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ScheDjin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We are not responsible for lost bookings or business losses resulting from service downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and/or by posting a notice on the site at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ukraine.
