Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with ScheDjin. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for Pro plan subscriptions.
1. Free Trial — No Payment Required
Every new account receives a 14-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. No credit card is required to start a trial. You only enter payment details when you choose to subscribe after the trial.
2. Subscription Payments
ScheDjin Pro is billed at €5 per month, charged at the start of each billing period. Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Your invoice will show Paddle as the seller.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following situations:
- Within 7 days of first payment — if you subscribe for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the charge.
- Duplicate charge — if you were charged more than once for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
- Service outage — if ScheDjin was unavailable for more than 24 continuous hours in a billing period, you may request a pro-rated refund for that period.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Renewal charges after the first billing cycle (unless covered by Section 3 above)
- Partial months — if you cancel mid-month, you retain access until the end of the paid period but the remaining days are not refunded
- Failure to use the service during the subscription period
- Charges more than 30 days old
5. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@schedjin.com with:
- The email address associated with your ScheDjin account
- The date and amount of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in your account. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account switches to the free plan — your data is never deleted.
